Located in Big Hill and set on an acre of land (app), the residence looks down on the surf, crashing onto the rocks below, over the famous surf break at Cathedral Rock, to Lorne. The three bedroom residence is presented in excellent order and its bright interior is welcoming and unmistakably classic beach. The large, open plan living area opens up onto a substantial sundeck, making a significant indoor/outdoor entertaining area if required. The three bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms, with one being an ensuite off the main bedroom, that also takes advantage of the view. There is a third toilet in the laundry. Although there are other properties in the area, the residence is quite private and this translates into a feeling of escaping from the rest of the world when you are there. If a prerequisite for your beach house is an amazing view, then you will probably never find one better. Big Hill is approximately 100 mins drive from the Westgate Bridge or only a Zoom meeting away.
